What Your Day Will Look Like: 

As a Retail Stylist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks within our retail store. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Listen attentively to our customers' needs and assist them in selecting merchandise to fulfill their desired look  

  • Offer professional recommendations about style and fit, adapting suggestions based on our customers' vision 

  • Following up with existing and potential clients to provide exceptional customer service to brides, grooms, and their bridal parties 

  • Receiving and repacking merchandise 

  • Merchandising and maintaining the store 

  • Assisting in creating social media content 

  • Achieve outstanding feedback from customers regarding service and merchandise knowledge 

  • Meet and exceed given sales goals 

  • Effectively multitask and remain composed during busy store hours 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Genuine passion for working with customers and creating magical moments 

  • Previous sales experience and a love for the art of selling 

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required 

  • Desire to develop strong connections within your workplace 

  • Self-motivation and dedication to helping couples realize their wedding vision 

  • Availability during evenings and weekends, as our customers primarily shop during these times 

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds, climbing stairs throughout the day, and standing/walking for extended periods
