What Your Day Will Look Like:
As a Retail Stylist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks within our retail store. Your responsibilities will include:
Listen attentively to our customers' needs and assist them in selecting merchandise to fulfill their desired look
Offer professional recommendations about style and fit, adapting suggestions based on our customers' vision
Following up with existing and potential clients to provide exceptional customer service to brides, grooms, and their bridal parties
Receiving and repacking merchandise
Merchandising and maintaining the store
Assisting in creating social media content
Achieve outstanding feedback from customers regarding service and merchandise knowledge
Meet and exceed given sales goals
Effectively multitask and remain composed during busy store hours
Qualifications and Skills:
Genuine passion for working with customers and creating magical moments
Previous sales experience and a love for the art of selling
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Desire to develop strong connections within your workplace
Self-motivation and dedication to helping couples realize their wedding vision
Availability during evenings and weekends, as our customers primarily shop during these times
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds, climbing stairs throughout the day, and standing/walking for extended periods
